The lid is designed so that condensation drips back into the pot, helping preserve flavour, minerals and vitamins.
Suitable for all types of hob and oven-safe up to 260°C. Dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended because some dishwasher detergents contain corrosive substances. Made in France and covered by a lifetime warranty against material and manufacturing defects.
